What this policy covers
This policy covers fees you pay TouringTour Technologies Private Limited for access to the TouringTour platform — subscription fees, add-on module fees, and paid onboarding or implementation services.
It does not cover money your travellers pay you, or amounts you pay to airlines, hotels, bed banks or other suppliers through the platform. Those are governed by clause 9 of our Terms of Serviceand by the supplier's own rules — see section 7 below.
Cancelling a subscription
- Monthly plans. Cancel at any time from workspace billing settings or by writing to care@touringtour.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep access until then.
- Annual plans.Give at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
- Recurring mandates. Where payment is collected by standing instruction or e-mandate, we cancel the mandate within 3 business days of your cancellation request. You will receive the pre-debit notification required by RBI before any further debit; if a debit occurs after valid cancellation, we refund it in full.
Cancelling stops future billing. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after the subscription ends, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
When we refund
We issue a refund in these circumstances:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge. Refunded in full, including any tax collected.
- Debit after valid cancellation. Refunded in full.
- First-time annual subscriptions, within 14 days. If you are a new customer on your first annual subscription and tell us within 14 days of the initial payment that the platform does not meet your needs, we refund the full amount less any paid onboarding work already delivered.
- Extended outage. If the production platform is unavailable for more than 8 consecutive hours in a calendar month due to a fault on our side, you may claim a pro-rata credit for the affected period. Where an enterprise SLA applies, its service credits govern instead.
- Termination for our material breach. If you terminate because we materially breached the agreement and failed to cure within 15 days of notice, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees.
- Material adverse change. If we materially reduce core functionality or raise prices and you terminate before the change takes effect, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees.
When we do not refund
- Partially used monthly subscription periods, where you cancel mid-month.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window described above, other than for our material breach.
- Onboarding, migration, training or custom development work already performed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Downtime caused by a third-party supplier system, your own network, or an event of force majeure.
- Non-use of the service during a paid period, where the service was available.
How to request a refund
Email care@touringtour.com from the billing contact address on the account, with:
- your workspace name and registered email;
- the invoice number or payment reference;
- the amount and date of the charge; and
- the reason for the request.
We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and give a decision within 7 business days. If we need more information we will ask within that period.
Refund timelines and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval and are made to the original payment method.
- Credit and debit cards — typically 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your issuing bank.
- UPI and net banking — typically 3 to 7 business days.
- Bank transfer / NEFT — typically 3 to 5 business days after we receive verified account details.
We do not control how long your bank takes to post the credit. Where GST was charged, the tax component is refunded proportionately and a credit note is issued as required under GST law. Refunds are made in the original currency of payment; we are not responsible for exchange rate movement or bank charges on international transactions.
Traveller refunds are not covered
TouringTour is a software platform, not a travel agent or tour operator. If a traveller wants a refund for a trip, that request is between the traveller and the travel business that sold the trip, and then between that business and its suppliers.
We provide tools to record and process such refunds inside the platform, but we are not a party to them and hold no traveller funds. Requests from travellers sent to us will be redirected to the relevant travel company.
Disputes and grievance redressal
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, escalate to our Grievance Officer, who will review it independently of the team that made the original decision.
