The itinerary builder in Trip Studio: a seven-day Europe trip composed day by day, where each flight, transfer, hotel, tour and meal is a draggable row tagged with the supplier it came from, above a running total price

In the product

The day-by-day canvas your consultants build in. Drag a hotel into day three and the cost, the margin and the proposal all move with it. Nothing is retyped, nothing is recalculated by hand, and the number you quote is the number you checked.

Build a trip with us

The quotation, before and after.

In Word and Excel

  • Every itinerary starts by copying last season's file and hoping.
  • Margin is a formula in a sheet nobody wants to touch.
  • A changed hotel means rebuilding the PDF and resending it.
  • Pax-slab pricing is worked out by hand, and sometimes wrongly.

In Trip Studio

  • Clone a trip, shift the dates, swap one hotel — costs follow.
  • Cost, sell and margin recalculate live, with a floor you can enforce.
  • Share a live proposal link that updates instead of a new attachment.
  • Slabs, seasons and occupancy resolve automatically at quote time.
What it does

Everything Trip Studio does, in one place.

Drag-and-drop builder

Compose days from reusable components — hotels, transfers, activities, meals, free time. Reorder by dragging; costs follow automatically.

Pax-slab pricing

Set rates once by pax slab, season, room type and occupancy. Every quotation picks the right slab without anyone doing arithmetic.

GIT & group tour management

Manage fixed departures with seat inventory, waitlists, rooming lists, single supplements and per-passenger extras.

Live margin

Cost, sell price and margin recalculate as you edit. Set floor margins and the builder warns before you quote below them.

Version and duplicate

Clone last season's trip, shift every date by a week, swap one hotel. Previous versions stay intact for reference.

Proposals, vouchers & invoices

Generate branded proposals, day-by-day itineraries, hotel and trip vouchers, proforma and tax invoices as web links or PDFs, in your own template.

How it runs

Four steps, and then it keeps doing them.

01

Start from a template

Pick an existing trip or a blank canvas. Templates carry your standard inclusions, exclusions and terms.

02

Compose the days

Drop in components from your supplier library or search live inventory through Booking Studio.

03

Price it

Apply markup rules by product type or supplier. Check margin at trip level and per passenger.

04

Send and iterate

Share a live proposal link. When the traveller asks for a change, edit and they see it update — no new PDF.

Set the rate once. Never do the arithmetic again.

Rates live in slabs — by passenger count, room type, season, currency and market. Every quotation picks the right cell without anyone calculating anything, and the margin gauge shows where the trip sits against the floor you set, before it goes out rather than after the trip has run.

Summit & Co

A twelve-day custom itinerary used to take most of a working day. It now takes under half an hour, and the margin on it is right before I send it rather than after the trip has run.

A closer look
The trip template library: reusable trips shown as cards with a photo, duration and passenger range, each one duplicable as the starting point for a new itinerary
A group departure: a coach seat map marking booked, available and checked-in seats, beside the rooming list allocating each passenger to a room
A margin breakdown for a single trip, showing total margin and how it splits across gross, ops, supplier and net

Questions

Asked before every demo.

Can we sell the same trip at different prices to different agents?

Yes. Rate cards are assigned per agent, agent group or market, so the same itinerary carries B2B net rates and B2C sell rates simultaneously.

Does it handle multi-currency trips?

Yes. Cost components can be held in supplier currency and converted at a rate you control — locked at quote, at booking, or updated daily.

What about series departures across a whole season?

Generate a departure series from one template with a date pattern, then manage seat inventory and pricing per departure or in bulk.
