The travel CRM built for leads, quotations and repeat travellers.
A travel CRM that understands trips, not just deals. Auto lead capture and distribution, follow-up reminders that never slip, pipelines shaped like how travel actually sells, and a full traveller history your consultants can see before they pick up the phone.

Every enquiry, quotation and traveller in one place. The pipeline your team opens each morning, the follow-ups falling due today, the revenue actually booked this month — and the record that already remembers what this traveller booked last year.
Book a demoWhat changes on day one.
On spreadsheets
- Enquiries sit in three inboxes, a shared WhatsApp and someone's phone.
- The same traveller exists four times, spelled four different ways.
- Follow-ups live in a consultant's memory and leave when they do.
- Nobody agrees on this month's number until the fifth of next month.
On TouringTour
- Every channel lands in one pipeline with the source recorded automatically.
- Merge suggestions catch the duplicate before the record splits.
- Reminders fire from the booking, not from anyone's memory.
- Pipeline value, conversion and receivables are live on one screen.
Everything CRM does, in one place.
Traveller 360°
Past trips, room preferences, passport expiry, dietary notes, payment history and every message exchanged — on one record your whole team can see.
Lead pipeline built for trips
Stages that match reality: lead, quotation sent, advance received, balance due, travelled, review requested. Not a generic sales funnel.
Custom objects and fields
Model departures, passengers, rooming lists and supplier holds as first-class records with your own fields, without waiting on a developer.
Duplicate-free lead capture
Automatic merge suggestions catch the same traveller arriving by WhatsApp, web form, Meta ad and email before your database splits in four.
Auto lead distribution
Route leads by destination, language, value or round-robin, with escalation if a follow-up is missed — and see instantly who is carrying too much.
Real-time reports
Conversion by lead source, consultant, destination and season, with receivables and profitability — filtered, saved and scheduled to your inbox.
Four steps, and then it keeps doing them.
Capture
Leads arrive from your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta ads, email or IVR call and become a deal automatically, with the source recorded for attribution.
Qualify
Lead scoring surfaces the enquiries worth calling first, based on value, destination and how soon the traveller wants to travel.
Quote
Build the itinerary and quotation in Trip Studio without leaving the record. Pricing, markup and availability come back live.
Convert and retain
Advance receipts, balance reminders and post-trip review requests fire automatically, so the next booking starts warm.

Shaped to how your team actually sells.
Name your own pipelines, drag stages into the order your business follows, and set the win probability behind each one so the forecast reflects reality. Contact lifecycle stages work the same way — rename them, reorder them, give each its own statuses, and switch off the ones you never use. No developer, no support ticket.

Five channels, one queue. Assignment, SLA timer and the traveller record are already attached before anyone opens the thread.
The record that remembers everything.
Most CRMs store a contact. A travel business needs to know that this traveller took the Kyoto trip in 2024, always books a ground-floor room, has a passport expiring in March, and still owes a balance on a departure in six weeks. All of it on one screen, before the call connects.
Trip history
Every past and upcoming departure with status, value and who handled it.
Preferences that stick
Room type, dietary needs, accessibility and seat preference carried into every new quote automatically.
Documents and expiry
Passports, visas and insurance stored against the traveller, with expiry alerts before they block a booking.
Financial position
What has been paid, what is due, and when — visible without opening the accounts system.

“We stopped losing enquiries the week we switched. The follow-up reminders alone paid for the year — our consultants used to lose two or three quotations a month to simply forgetting.”

Asked before every demo.
Can we migrate from our existing CRM?
Yes. We import from CSV and from most common CRMs, mapping your fields to ours. Onboarding includes a supervised migration and a dry run before cutover.
Does it handle B2B agent relationships as well as direct travellers?
Yes. Agencies, corporate accounts and individual travellers are modelled separately, so you can hold a contract with an agent while still keeping a record for each passenger who travels.
Can we restrict who sees traveller passport data?
Yes. Sensitive fields are permissioned by role, access is logged, and you can require a reason for viewing them.

See your own pipeline in it.
We will load a sample of your real enquiries into a sandbox before the call, so you are looking at your business rather than a demo account.
