Do we need our own GDS credentials?
For Amadeus and Sabre, yes — you book under your own agency credentials and commercial terms. We connect them; we do not resell the content.
Can we mix third-party inventory with our own contracts on one itinerary?
Yes. A single trip can combine a GDS flight, a bed bank hotel and your own local transfer supplier, priced and invoiced as one package.
What happens if a supplier API fails mid-booking?
The booking is held in a pending state with the exact failure recorded, retried automatically where safe, and flagged to an operator. We never silently mark a failed booking as confirmed.
