TouringTour
B2B & B2C travel portal

B2B and B2C travel portals on your own domain.

Launch a fast, bookable travel portal on your own domain — B2C for travellers, B2B for your agent network — showing the same live packages, prices and availability your team quotes from. No separate CMS to keep in sync, no developer on retainer.

Two systems, or one.

With an agency site

  • Prices on the website are updated manually, days after they change internally.
  • Every enquiry arrives as an email from a contact form, then gets retyped.
  • A new departure means raising a ticket with whoever built the site.
  • The B2B agent portal is a separate build, quoted separately.

On Website Builder

  • Trips, departures and prices publish straight from Trip Studio.
  • Bookings land in the CRM as normal records, paid and attributed.
  • Adding a departure is a field change, live in seconds.
  • B2C and B2B portals run off the same inventory and the same team.
What it does

Everything Website Builder does, in one place.

Live inventory, always current

Trips, departures, prices and availability come straight from Trip Studio. Change a price once and the website reflects it.

Built-in booking engine

Travellers search, select a departure, add passengers and pay — with the booking landing in your CRM as a normal record.

Payments and deposits

Take full payment, deposits or instalments through Razorpay, Stripe or your existing gateway, in multiple currencies.

Design without a developer

Theme editor with your fonts, colours and logo. Custom code is available when you want it, never required.

Fast and indexable

Server-rendered pages, image optimisation and clean structured data so trips appear properly in search results.

Multi-brand and multi-language

Run several brands or market-specific sites from the same inventory and the same team.

How it runs

Four steps, and then it keeps doing them.

01

Pick a theme

Start from a travel template, apply your brand, and preview against real trips.

02

Connect inventory

Choose which trips and departures are publicly bookable and which stay quote-only.

03

Set up payments

Connect your gateway and define deposit rules, instalment schedules and cancellation terms.

04

Launch

Point your domain, verify SSL, and go live. Bookings flow into the same pipeline as everything else.

Kestrel Travel

Our old site was eight months behind our actual pricing. Now there is nothing to keep in sync — the website is just a view onto the same trips our consultants quote from.

Questions

Asked before every demo.

Can we keep our current website and use only the booking engine?

Yes. The booking engine can be embedded into an existing site, or used headlessly through our API if you have your own front end.

Who owns the content and domain?

You do, entirely. You can export your content at any time and your domain always remains registered to you.

Is the site covered by your privacy policy?

No. Sites you publish are controlled by you, so you are responsible for your own privacy and cookie notices. We provide templates to start from.

Book a demo

See your trips on a real site.

We will theme a portal with your brand and publish three of your live trips to it before the call ends.
